Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CalmCash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Be Relevant (Pty) Ltd.

CalmCash is an educational financial management platform that provides AI-generated financial strategy reports, tax guidance, document management, and task tracking tools for South African sole directors, freelancers, and small business owners. The Platform references South African legislation including the Income Tax Act 58 of 1962, the Value-Added Tax Act 89 of 1991, and SARS interpretation notes.

CalmCash is an educational tool. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice as defined under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 ("FAIS"), tax advice from a registered tax practitioner, or legal advice from a qualified attorney. You must consult a registered tax practitioner, chartered accountant (CA(SA)), or attorney before making financial or tax decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and a South African resident or business owner to use CalmCash. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information in the intake questionnaire — inaccurate data will produce inaccurate reports. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Subscriptions are activated via activation codes or PayFast payment. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

All platform content, design, AI report templates, and software are owned by Be Relevant (Pty) Ltd. Your financial data and uploaded documents remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the services described herein.

You may not use CalmCash to: (a) provide financial advice to third parties using our reports; (b) reverse-engineer or copy the platform; (c) upload malicious files or content; (d) share activation codes with unauthorised parties; (e) misrepresent the educational nature of our reports as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Be Relevant (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any financial loss, tax penalties, SARS assessments, or other damages arising from reliance on CalmCash reports or guidance. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms with 14 days' notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Contact us at [email protected].
